This This study aims to determine that organizational change is an inevitable reality in the modern business world and demands active employee involvement. Employee work experience is an important aspect that influences how they respond to change and contribute to organizational performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between employee experience and organizational performance through a literature review approach. The study was conducted by reviewing various scientific journals, academic books, and relevant research reports, published in the last ten years. Literature searches and selection were carried out systematically with a thematic approach to identify conceptual linkages and empirical findings. The results of this study found that positive employee experience—including the work environment, social relationships, career development, and perceptions of change—plays an important role in increasing work engagement and has an impact on organizational performance. These findings support the Job Demands-Resources theory and the Employee Experience approach as relevant conceptual frameworks.
