Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of ETNOMANAJEMEN: Journal of Management Research must be:

  1. Written in Indonesian Language or English with Microsoft word 2003-2016.
  2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 15 pages and no more than 25 pages. The Editor will evaluate if the papers are needing more pages than 25 pages. The paper uses calibri 12 pt and 1.5 space (exclude: title, abstract, reference, table/picture captions, and citations which use 1 space each).
  3. Use a tool such as Mendeley for reference management and formatting, and choose APA 8th edition style
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the ETNOMANAJEMEN paper template in the Indonesian version or English version before it is submitted.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present following the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper consists of the manuscript title is max 4 lines without an acronym or abbreviation, times new roman 14 pt font, center side; the name of the author(s); authors' affiliation; and correspondence email address.
  2. Abstract and Keywords. The Abstract has a maximum of 200 wordsNo citation; State in the abstract a primary objectiveresearch designmethods, and the main conclusions. The abstract and keywords are written in two languages, namely English and Indonesian. The keywords consist of 3-5 words/phrases, alphabetically.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Background Theoretical/Literature Review - Research Methods - Results and Discussions –Conclusions and Recommendations.
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 20 references for the last 5 years, primarily with a minimum of 75% to research papers, and choose APA 6th edition style for reference management and formatting.
