Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of authentic leadership on job satisfaction mediated by the work life balance variable. The population in this study were all ASN Doctors/Medical Personnel employees at RSD Madani Pekanbaru City totaling 80 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and distribution using a google form. The data analysis technique in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that authentic leadership and work life balance have a significant effect on job satisfaction of doctors/medical personnel. In addition, organizational work life balance also mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction.
