Analisis Total Quality Manajement bagi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di Hotel Rylich Panorama Sorong

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in human resource development at the Rylich Panorama Hotel in Sorong, focusing on the role of digitalization in transforming human resource management at the hotel. This is due to the hotel industry's need to improve service quality through more efficient and technologically adaptive human resource management. This research design employed a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with key informants at the hotel. The study found that hotel management successfully integrated TQM principles to systematically manage and develop human resource quality, while also utilizing digital technology to improve operational efficiency. Digitalization plays a crucial role in strengthening management control, increasing transparency, and facilitating more effective performance monitoring across departments. This study also found that better collaboration between departments can create a competitive advantage in the increasingly competitive hospitality industry.
