Korupsi dan Lemahnya Penegakan Hukum: Analisis Ketidakadilan dan Dampaknya Bagi Kepercayaan Publik

This research aims to examine whether law enforcement in cases of corruption in Indonesia is optimal or whether it is just wishful thinking. The general public who enter the circle of criminal acts receive treatment that is not directly proportional to that of the perpetrators of corruption. Even though in that position they are all equal in the eyes of the law. This research uses a literary research approach to explore various concepts and theories related to law, law enforcement and social justice. The data collection technique used is library research, namely the technique of collecting data by reading, reviewing and studying reference materials related to the material being researched. The law enforcement mechanism for criminal acts of corruption is something that must be taken into account because it ensures that its implementation is fair, correct and there is no abuse of power.
